This conference is being offered both in-person and virtually. The in-person attendance will be limited to 40 guests. Once that number is reached, all other guests will attend virtually. Registration is $15 for members and $30 for non-members. All in-person attendees will enjoy a complimentary breakfast.

To receive credit, attendees must provide their license number and credentials at sign-in and remain for all sessions. Partial credit will not be available.

administrators, nursing staff and licensed mental health professionals

Upon completion of this program, participant will be able to:
- Describe the steps in the drug therapy selection and monitoring process
- Differentiate between subjective and objective monitoring parameters for therapeutic effectiveness and potential toxicity
- Given a simulated case of a patient with pain, design a monitoring plan that includes subjective and objective parameters for
therapeutic effect and potential toxicity
- Given the results of monitoring a simulated patient with a complaint of pain, adjust the analgesic regimen
Using Ethics to Guide your Practice from Everyday Dilemmas to End of Life
Upon completion of this program, participant will be able to:
- Discuss 3 possible conflicts in roles and responsibilities
- Identify standards from the code of professional conduct to guide your decision making
- Cite ethical principles of Case Management to promote safe and appropriate care planning
- Utilize goals of care discussions to assist patient in identifying desired care plan
