March 30, 2022 (Jacksonville, Fla) – The Charles M. Neviaser Educational Institute of Community Hospice & Palliative Care and the All Florida Case Management Network welcomes you to join the annual educational conference in Jacksonville, Case Management Conference: Making the Case: Quality Care in Challenging Times.
Continuing education credit will be available for eligible case managers, nurses, nursing home administrators, and licensed mental health professionals. Registration is $15 for members and $30 for non-members and all in-person attendees will enjoy a complimentary breakfast and lunch.
The conference will be held on Saturday, April 23, 2022, and registration begins at 8:30 a.m. at the Charles M. Neviaser Educational Institute of Community Hospice & Palliative Care 4266 Sunbeam Road, Building 100 Jacksonville, FL 32257. The conference is in-person to the first 40 guests who register, and the remaining registrants will attend virtually.
