Community PedsCare® Teen Advisory Board
March 2, 2022 (Jacksonville, Fla.) - Community Hospice & Palliative Care welcomes the public to kickoff spring cleaning by polishing up your wheels and securely shredding old documents at the annual Suds-n-Shred Fundraiser.
UItraShred will provide secure, on-site shredding for a $20 donation per box or bag, and Teen Advisory Board members will be washing cars for an additional $15 donation. This event will take place on Saturday, March 19, 2022, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Community Hospice & Palliative Care Campus located at 4266 Sunbeam Road, Jacksonville, FL 32257.
All donations help provide a day of fun for the Community PedsCare® patients and families in April. Community PedsCare is a nationally recognized pediatric program for children in Northeast and North Central Florida living with complex, chronic, life-limiting, or advanced illnesses.
Members of the Community PedsCare Teen Advisory Board act as ambassadors to raise awareness and funds for the Community PedsCare program. The Teen Advisory Board supports Community PedsCare by volunteering for events and activities, creating and developing clubs or activities for fundraising support through school, creating and hosting an event for the Community PedsCare patients and their families.
