The ‘fantasy tour of toys, candy and childhood dreams’ benefits Community PedsCare program

Jacksonville, FL (Oct 3, 2019) – On Saturday, Oct. 19, Community Hospice & Palliative Care’s Halloween Doors & More will transform the Jacksonville Fairgrounds Exhibition Hall into a magical playroom full of toys, games, and famous cartoon characters. Celebrating the event’s 15^th anniversary, this year’s theme is “You’ve Got A Friend In Us.”

Northeast Florida’s premier Halloween event, Halloween Doors & More, is truly an amazing wonderland where guests are sure to see huge smiles on the faces of children and adults alike. Made possible by the 2019 presenting sponsor, THE PLAYERS Championship, at this year’s star-studded event, kids and parents will enjoy a day of exciting entertainment and family fun.

Get ready for the Fantasy Doors to open to more than 12 fun attractions with candy, toys, food, interactive experiences, live characters and even an adult-friendly area to unwind. Dance in the Troll Family Disco, get a “spook-tacular” makeover at the Booutiful Salon and enjoy delicious food and live entertainment.

Proceeds from Halloween Doors & More benefit Community PedsCare, a program of Community Hospice supporting children living with serious illnesses and their families. About 94 percent of the costs incurred by Community PedsCare are not reimbursed by insurance.
