Usage Guidelines

Approval required from the Conference Center Coordinator and President & CEO
No fundraising, business promotions, or private social events (e.g., birthdays, baby showers)
Food/beverages allowed in conference rooms only; not permitted in the boardroom
Alcohol and smoking are strictly prohibited
Evening meetings are allowed if criteria are met
Max attendance per Fire Marshal limits

Support & Services

On-site security for all meetings
IT support available upon request
Only installed AV equipment is provided
No printing, copying, or faxing services available
