Visit our adult and pediatric patients where they receive care. You may choose to spend quality time reading with them, taking walks, writing letters or simply enjoying conversations with them. Volunteers give family caregivers an opportunity to run personal errands or take some quality respite time away from their day-to-day duties. Patient visits usually last two hours or less. We provide specialized training.

  • Pet Therapy

    Pet Therapy

Since 1996, registered pet therapy teams have played an integral role on Community Hospice & Palliative Care care teams, providing benefits to patients such as reduced stress, increased sensory stimulation and relief from pain.
