Chapman Center Conference & Board Rooms

The Chapman Center Conference & Board rooms are available for use by community, civic, and professional organizations.

The spaces may be used for meetings, educational events, community outreach and networking activities.  Please note that we do not rent space for parties, private use or for conducting sales activities.  Use of the conference space is subject to the approval of management and in accordance with the intent of the space per the Advisory Council.

The rooms have Audio/Visual equipment and access to the catering kitchen.  An IT professional can be available to assist with the use of our AV equipment, but must be requested in advance.  The Chapman Center security officer will be onsite during group meetings.
