North Jacksonville Conference & Board Room
The North Jacksonville Conference Space is available for use by community, civic, and professional organizations. Please note that we do not rent space for parties, private use, or for conducting sales activities.
Ideal for meetings, educational events, community outreach, and networking activities, this space offers a welcoming and functional environment.
Amenities include audio/visual equipment, access to a catering kitchen, and optional I.T. support, which can be available to assist with the use of our AV equipment but must be requested in advance.

The Chapman Center Campus Conference Center
The Chapman Center Conference Space is available for use by community, civic, and professional organizations. Please note that we do not rent space for parties, private use, or for conducting sales activities.
Ideal for meetings, educational events, community outreach, and networking activities, this space offers a welcoming and functional environment. Use of the conference space is subject to the approval of management and in accordance with the intent of the space per the Advisory Council.
Amenities include audio/visual equipment, access to a catering kitchen, and optional I.T. support, which can be available to assist with the use of our AV equipment but must be requested in advance. The Chapman Center security officer will be onsite during group meetings.

Reservation Details
All three rooms – $50/meeting | Board Room – $25/meeting
- Approval required from the Conference Center Coordinator and President & CEO
- No fundraising, business promotions, or private social events (e.g., birthdays, baby showers)
- Food/beverages allowed in conference rooms only; not permitted in the boardroom
- Alcohol and smoking are strictly prohibited
- Evening meetings are allowed if criteria are met
- Max attendance per Fire Marshal limits
- On-site security for all meetings
- IT support available upon request
- Only installed AV equipment is provided
- No printing, copying, or faxing services available
